Launched in November 1996, LLRX.com was quickly established as a reliable online resource for researchers to leverage the expanding content of the World Wide Web. With Sabrina as the Editor, Publisher and Web Manager, the site has consistently been recognized as a publisher of comprehensive, well-documented, non-partisan reviews, guides and content-rich resources on web-related applications, tools, services, links and related information invaluable to legal researchers. In January 2003, Sabrina launched beSpacific.com, a current awareness monitoring blog, updated daily, on breaking legal, technology and research related news and primary resources. She is the site's solo author, which has a searchable database of over 6,500 postings. Sabrina has an M.S. from The Catholic University of America, School of Library and Information Science. Sabrina has authored many articles on legal technology topics , delivered numerous presentations at professional conferences nationwide, and has for the past two decades worked with a global 10 law firm, managing library and research services, and developing technology resources. She is the developer/web manager of the firm's cyberlaw site and firmwide research intranet, creates, authors and maintains enterprisewide blogs, and provides expert research and practice technology services. Cheryl G. Contee Cheryl has extensive non-profit and business online content development, marketing, communications and fundraising experience. From 2001-2004, Cheryl was Webmaster and Brand Manager at Oceana, a start-up international ocean advocacy organization. Cheryl has been widely credited both within and without Oceana as creating a credible, trusted brand identity for the now-prospering non-profit. Oceana websites,
Oceana.org and OceansAtRisk.com, have won a combined nine awards in
2001, 2002 and 2003 including Cheryl's work helped Oceana recruit more than 100,000 e-activists and over 25,000 paying members to donate their time and money on behalf of the world's oceans. Prior to joining Oceana, Cheryl was a Senior Producer at Discovery Communications and oversaw creative operations and marketing for all of Discovery's interactive media outside of the US in Asia, Europe and Latin America. Her team of over 40 creative professionals worldwide extended international cable TV brands online including Discovery Channel, Animal Planet, Health Channel, Travel Channel through a multilingual network of websites, e-commerce partnerships, interactive TV projects, and wireless platforms. Page views during Cheryl's tenure rose from 70,000 monthly to 4.3 million per month at peak levels within one year resulting in two industry awards and profitable advertising sales for Discovery's TV and online sales. Cheryl received a degree at Yale University with a major in Ethics, Politics and Economics. She also has an International Executive MBA from Georgetown University.
